Business France gathers more than 81 seafood companies on the French Pavilion – Taste France.
4 regional partners will be present:
- AANA – Nouvelle Aquitaine,
- AREA Normandie,
- Bretagne region
- Hauts de France region
and New Caledonia Trade and Invest.
Events will be held during these 3 days and especially :
- Oysters tasting with Marcel Lesoille, French champion and world record holder for oysters shuckers, in partnership with the French Shellfish Committee (CNC)
- Culinary events and tastings around the products of exhibiting companies – Come & taste!
