Interbev is organizing a BOVILLAGE event on Sunday 5 December in Athens in the presence of the 10 brand’s butcher ambassadors, Greek professionals (agents, importers, customers, directors of butchery schools, etc.), the Club Meat Europe and French companies (Bigard Group, Elivia, Sicarev). The Bovillage ambassador challenge will be the highlight of this day, ambassadors being in competition on the preparation of a piece of French beef.

Location: Mariott Athens – Ballroom Aegéon -Ground floor

  • 10:30 am: Welcome – coffee
  • 11:00am-1:00 pm: Cutting seminar for a butcher’s school led by Ambassadors Bovillage and Luc Perez
  • 1:00 pm-2:00 pm: Lunch in the courtyard / atrium of the hotel adjoining the room; BBQ Bovillage (the pieces highlighted during the seminar)
  • 3:30 pm : Welcome of the guests for the Bovillage Ambassador Challenge (Greek professionals, agents, clients, directors of butchery schools, press, etc.)
  • 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Bovillage Ambassador Challenge (with the 10 ambassadors)
  • 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm : Jury deliberations / Prize giving
  • 6:00 pm – Cocktail VIP Bovillage, ROOFTOP of the Mariott hotel
  • End of the event around 7:30 pm – 8 pm
